
Please check into your body. Find tightness or achiness or sharpness or weakness or numbness. Move your head forward and back and side to side. Roll your shoulders forward and back. Twist at your waist side to side. Arch your back. Lean down to try and touch your toes…observe how far you can reach.
For instance, when you tilt your head to the right, you may feel tightness on the left side of your neck. Once you find your symptom, rate it 1-10, 10 being worst. Try the candy. Now, check into your symptom. For instance, tilt your head to the right, is the tightness on the left side of your neck less or gone? Acknowledge the change.
