Move your head side to side, and front to back.
Roll your shoulders forward and back.
Twist, arch and bend forward with your back.
Find something bothering you.
Observe if it feels tight or achy or sharp or weak or numb or a combo of things.
How large of an area is it?
How deep is it or is it on the surface?
Drink a small amount of the water.
Move your whole body again.
Check in to your symptom and acknowledge the change.
